CUSP was born out of an identified need for greater efficiency under the NDIS.
We recognised that transitioning to a consumer-directed care model would prove to be a barrier to many Disability and Aged Care organisations, impacting service delivery but crucially, the communities they serve.
The creation of CUSP resolves this problem by making the IT management and back office functions its core business.
Our core aim is to lift the administrative burden of the Disability and Aged Care sectors to let them concentrate on serving their communities more effectively.
CUSP’s model has been built on years of research to understand current provider systems and processes, and what systems and changes are required to transition to NDIS. By operating across a number of customers, CUSP is able to bring the same level of automation and discounts typically reserved for very large organisations.
4Thought was created off the back of extensive work with NDS and service providers. 4Thought’s vision is to transition service providers to an efficient and sustainable operation under the NDIS while sustaining or improving the quality of care.
Rod has extensive program management and IT transformation experience. Rod ran the Complex Systems Integration practice as well as the cloud and emerging technology practice for IBM and has extensive experience with NDS, service providers, vendors, DHS and the NDIA. He has spent 4 years working in the NDIS space, including a number of successful transitions of service providers in the disability and mental health space.
Russell has held a number of senior positions with FMCG multinational corporations and industry associations in Australia before starting his own business in 2004. He has sat on various boards consulting to state governments and has extensive experience in sales, marketing, business planning and supply chain management.
