Does your disability services org want to drive down its technology, customer support and administration costs in line with the NDIS? If so, read on…
The service will support Disability Service Providers by providing back-office staff, supported by enterprise-grade technology and robust and tested best-practice business processes.
CUSP aims to drive down the cost of technology, support and administration costs. The CUSP team is currently looking to engage with innovative organisations to help take the program to the next level.
Connecting Up CEO Anne Gawen said CUSP presents a great opportunity for a few organisations to get in on the ground floor and not only drive efficiencies for their own organisation, but to help shape a service that will help the whole sector.
“The benefits any organisation that becomes involved is that you will be a strong voice in shaping exactly how we deliver the service as well getting the service at a significant discount from the normal rates,” Ms. Gawen said.
The CUSP team has put together an engagement process, provided at no cost, which will allow organisations to collaboratively develop a detailed understanding of the operational and cost benefits of using the service.
The picture below illustrates the engagement process.
Organisations that are interested can contact CUSP for more information and an initial presentation. If the service is of interest the CUSP team will engage with the appropriate key stakeholders to conduct the detailed analysis.
